FIRMS in East Lancashire are being warned not to get caught out by a change to 'school's out' rules.
For the first time this year there will be no Easter school leavers coming on to the job market.
The Government has decided that the earliest 16-year-olds can leave school is June 27.
"Obviously a change like this will take some time to become fully known and established and we have had several queries from the business community," said Ray Howard, chief executive of East Lancashire Careers Service.
