LANCASHIRE Lynx are brimming with confidence in their challenge at the top of rugby league's Division Two.
Last week's victory over table toppers Bramley at Headingley stands Kevin Tamati's men in good stead for the visit of York Wasps to Deepdale tomorrow, kick off 3pm.
Last season York were the only team to come close to beating Lynx in a league fixture at Deepdale, Chris Kelly, now returned to the squad after a back injury, turning the match Lynx's way in the last 10 minutes.
Also available for selection will be loan signing Dave 'Doc' Murray who has completed a three match ban after being sent off in a pre-season friendly.
York started the season poorly losing their opening two fixtures but recent victories over Workington and Barrow have put their season back on track.
Last week they completed the signing of ex-Salford wingman Fata Sini and he will cause Lynx plenty of problems. Another player to watch will be Gareth Dobson who is on loan from Castleford.
Lynx will select from: Fairhurst, Byrne, Finney, Abram, Parsley, Jones, Kelly, Taylor, Ruane, Prest, Briscoe, Mawdsley, Solomon, Donno, Murray, Pekepo, Ashcroft, Smith, Villier.
The fun starts at 11am on Sunday with a junior schools flag rugby festival, and continues at 12.30pm when Adlington meet Heysham in the Amateur Rugby Cup Final.
Lynx have also formed a supporters club. Membership is £2 for adults and £1 for under 16, OAPs and students. Forms will be available at the game.
