A national campaign to stamp out television licence evasion is doing the rounds in the Lancaster area. The blitz has moved up from neighbouring Preston where they captured 356 dodgers. A spokesman said: "A fleet of detector vans and enquiry officers will be arriving in the area where they will be visiting the homes of known evaders."
