PRINCE Charles was set to retread the steps of his great-great-grandfather in a visit to Blackburn.
The Prince was set to examine a "time capsule" laid in the foundation stones at Blackburn College 100 years ago by the then Prince of Wales.
Town hall and palace officials were putting the finishing touches to plans for the Royal visit on June 2.
