SPRING is here again, and I see Blackburn's newest "trees" are growing well. In fact, they are increasing as there are three of them now.
But as a bit of a gardener myself, I would like to know who to see for permission to take cuttings.
The "trees" are on Philips Road and the Greenbank industrial estate.
But if, when I have planted the cuttings, they don't grow, we have a disposal expert handy - T Lethbridge, scrap metal merchant.
If the council ever needs to remove them, I - with help - will dispose of them for them.
P WHITEHEAD, Pleckgate Road, Blackburn.
