THE man behind the plan to transform an East Lancashire hillside into a holidaymakers' paradise admitted the scheme had finally bitten the dust.
Eddie Quiligotti, the businessman behind the £300 million "Zeri" scheme, which was planned for the Huncoat Power station site, said: "It's no use banging your head against a brick wall."
