A VEIL of secrecy was drawn over the findings of a six month probe into a 'jobs for the jobless' scandal.
Party chiefs at Hyndburn Council refused to reveal the findings of the inquiry, which investigated claims that workers on government-funded schemes did little more than sit around and drink tea, while skilled labourers could not get on with their work because of a material shortage.
