SPONSORED slimmer Lynn Dewse is a woman on a double mission.
For Lynn is busy shedding the pounds to help her heart-throb Daniel O'Donnell raise £1 million for orphans in Romania but at the same time she's out to try and steal the heart of the Irish crooner.
So far Lynn, 30, of Sandon Street, Darwen, has lost more then two stone and has set herself a December 12 deadline to get down to a shapely 10st 6lbs - the date Daniel next appears at King George's Hall in Blackburn.
She said: "I've met Daniel before and I was fortunate to get a kiss off him, it was one of the greatest days of my life. This appeal is very worthwhile but I'm afraid I have an ulterior motive because I am hoping that Daniel will see the new slim-line Lynn Dewse and whisk me off my feet. Well I suppose we can all live in hope!"
So far Lynn, who takes part in the Rosemary Connelly work-out at Derwent Hall in Darwen, has raised nearly £300 for the appeal.
Daniel O'Donnell is hoping to raise the £1 million for a halfway house for Romania orphans who at the moment are thrown out on to the streets once they leave the orphanages.
