WORK by adults with learning difficulties, ranging from pottery to paintings and photographs, has been on display at the Heritage Centre, Lytham, for the past two weeks.
Regular members of the Park View Day Centre proudly showed off the fruits of their labours with an exhibition packed with many different forms of art.
Angela Esslinger, manager of the centre, said: "It's the first time we've done anything like this.
"Many people don't know who or where we are, but we are very much part of Lytham life and the community.
"This exhibition is one way in which we can contribute something back.
"Hopefully the exhibition will help people to get to know us a little bit better."
Professional artists and photographers held classes to help the members of the day centre with their work.
Angela added: "It's important for anyone learning to paint to get help from an artist, so that they can help shape your ideas and work."
Annette Mackie has a painting in the exhibition.
She said: "It took me two days to paint some real flowers.
"I'm very proud that people can see my work.
"I hope to have another go at this again this year."
Photographers Philip Cody and Adrian Pearce also have work displayed.
Philip said: "I enjoyed taking the photographs and seeing them developed."
Adrian has his self-portrait photograph on display next to a poem he had written.
He is also proud of his work being on display, saying: "It took quite a while to write the poem and I would like to take photographs again."
All of the works on display, including rugs and a video of a music session at the centre, were available to buy.
