LANCASHIRE Lynx will be looking to keep up the pressure at the top of the Second Division against Oldham tomorrow.

Due to essential pitch work at Deepdale the game will be at Lightfoot Lane (kick-off 3pm), the home of Preston Grasshoppers RUFC.

This game should also attract the largest gate since the move to Preston last season.

Two successive away victories have put Lynx into third place one point behind leaders York with a game in hand.

But preparations have been disrupted with injuries to three key players.

Dave Murray (calf injury), Chris Kelly (back) and PJ Solomon (foot) are the major worries.

Also returning to the squad will be Jayson Pekepo who missed last week's victory at Batley.

Oldham were relegated from the Super League last season and eventually went into liquidation but have built a squad without any money from Sky TV and have won four of the seven games so far.

Last weekend they went down to a 27-6 defeat at York.

One player well known to Lynx fans is Chris Wilkinson who had two seasons with the club when they were based at Chorley.

Other players to watch are Chris Eckersley, Neil Flanagan and ex-Great Britain star Paul Round.

Lynx will select from: Murray, Byrne, Ashcroft, Abram, Parsley, Phil Jones, Kelly, Taylor, Donno, Prest, Briscoe, Solomon, Ruane, Danny Jones, Smith, Norton, Mawdsley, Pekepo, Fairhurst.
