TWO teenagers appeared before Burnley magistrates today charged with the murder of 49-year-old James McParland.
Sasjid Hussain, 19, of Bramble Street, Daneshouse, Burnley, and Omar Beg, 17, of Grey Street, Daneshouse, were remanded in custody until June 4 after a two-minute hearing.
There was no bail application.
Mr McParland was found on a pavement in Back St Andrew's Street, Duke Bar, Burnley, after a night out in the early hours of April 4.
Passers-by and paramedics attempted to revive him.
