A WORKFORCE was given the red carpet treatment after collecting a training and development award.
Leo's Carpets has become the latest East Lancashire employer to achieve the Investors in People award.
The firm employs 50 staff at its Cherry Tree base in Blackburn and includes a retail showroom, contracts division and a design service.
The firm carries out work for organisations including hospitals, hotels, offices and high street retailers.
Other East Lancashire firms to achieve the IIP award recently include Principal Business Services of Blackburn, Hyndburn Homewise Society, St Wilfrid's C of E High School, Blackburn, and Robert McBride, Burnley.
