A RIGHT Royal seal of approval was bestowed on East Lancashire when Prince Charles arrived to declare that Blackburn was big business.
The Prince of Wales, who was in town to inspect multi-million pound development projects, soon won the public's seal of affection himself.
Minutes after the Royal train pulled into platform two, the Prince broke away from his tight schedule to shake hands with people in the Boulevard.
