SUZI the Jack Russell is dog tired of walking the streets of Preston and is looking for a place to hang up her collar.
The adventurous bitch has been captured by the RSPCA more times than her desperate owners can remember.
And after forking out for numerous fines Suzi's owners, of Sulby Grove, Ribbleton, have decided that they can no longer look after their straying pet and are appealing for someone to adopt her.
Glenys Finley, whose daughter Jane owns Suzi, said: "She doesn't like having a collar around her neck so sometimes she wanders around the street."
Glenys has paid over £100 in fines to the RSPCA and is tired of dealing with them. She said: " The last time they took him away they threatened to put her down and my grandson cried for hours. All we want is for Suzi to have a safe home."
Derek Williams, manager of the RSPCA's dog warden department, said: "If a dog is wandering the streets then it is our duty to make sure it's safe."
If you can help then call Glenys on 01772-792348.
