A WOMAN was flashed by a 15-year-old boy in Lancaster last week.
She was walking along the cycle track on Cable Street last Thursday at 7.30pm when the youth started talking to her before she realised he was exposing himself.
When she reached for her mobile phone he ran off pleading not to be hurt.
One the previous day a 20-year-old woman was flashed as she walked past a man on Nelson Street, Lancaster at about 5.30pm. The man then walked behind her making suggestions.
The 15-year-old is described as 5ft 2ins, short blond hair, blue anorak with yellow stripes and dark trousers.
The flasher on Nelson Street was 30-years-old, medium build, tanned complexion, dirty collar-length hair, spoke with a slurred voice, wearing dark clothing.
