YOUNGSTERS from St Barnabas CE Primary School, Darwen, made two visits to see our newspaper in production.
All pupils in year six spent a morning at our head office and printing plant discovering how news reports, pictures, advertisements and information get on to our pages each day.
Funding from East Lancashire Education Business Partnerships was used towards the cost of transport for the visits.
Educational tours are offered free of charge to schools taking part in our Newspapers in Education project.
