TWO East Lancashire men were honoured in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
Labour councillor Jack Grime, who had represented his home town of Church for 18 years, was awarded the MBE.
And the same award went to Foulridge man David Tinniswood, who established pioneering links between industry and education.
