YET another planning application has been received by the council to build houses on the historic Raynor's field at Heysham.
And, again, the action group HELP are campaigning to stop the development of eight detached houses on the coastal strip once painted by Turner.
"No one can accuse us of just being NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) protesters," said one member of the group. "We want to protect our beautiful environment."
The protesters are asking their supporters to write to the city council planning department to lodge their objections.
