A STAGGERING 1,200 young people could be sleeping rough in Blackburn, it was claimed. Homeless teenagers were bedding down in stations and anywhere else they could find a warm place. The claims were made by the new 16 Network group, which feared the official figure of 374 was just the tip of the iceberg. Members of the group feared homeless teenagers might be sucked into crime and drugs.
