A FLOTILLA of canal boats docked in Blackburn for a major rally.
Eanam Wharf became a hive of activity during a weekend of celebrations for Industrial Heritage Year 1993. Visitors take a short narrowboat trip along the Leeds and Liverpool canal to Asda, where there was vintage car rally.
