THE boss of healthcare firm Seton, which owns the Cupal site in Blackburn, has seen his pay packet jump by 22 per cent.
According to the annual report of the Oldham-based group, chief executive Iain Cater's package, including pensions benefits, increased from £268,000 to £354,000 in the year to February 28.
The firm recently announced pre-tax profits in the same period had risen by 21 per cent to £28.8 million and sales increased by 14 per cent to £117m.
The firm also announced that it was merging with foot care specialists Scholl plc to create a new healthcare company.
