STAN Ternent faces a date with his previous club Bury in the first round of the Football League Cup - renamed the Worthington Cup after brewers Bass agreed a record-breaking five-year sponsorship deal worth £23 million.
The brewers, who also sponsor the Carling Premiership, moved in after Coca-Cola's six-season deal ended.
Burnley will travel to Gigg Lane for the first leg next month and the return of Ternent and his assistant Sam Ellis gives the tie extra-special appeal.
Bolton, just relegated from the Premiership, get a taste of life lower down with a tie against Hartlepool, while Preston face Grimsby. Draw for the first round:
