LOCAL ghostbusters are appealing for cases they can sink their teeth into.
The Lancashire Association of Paranormal Research and Investigation want anyone who has had experience of ghosts, hauntings, poltergeists or UFOs to contact their investigators.
The newly-founded association is made up of experienced paranormal sleuths who have dealt with many probes including overnight stays at Chingle Hall, reputedly Britain's most haunted property.
Investigations co-ordinator, Andrea Davies, 24, of Rowland Street North, Atherton, who runs the group with a friend, Darren Done, said the aim of the association is by use of practised scientific methods and evaluation to carry out a full, thorough and fair investigation and where possible find a rational explanation.
She said:" LAPRI guarantees its witnesses complete confidentiality and support. Information received is only for the use of investigators and no-one else."
Anyone who has witnessed anything they consider to be a paranormal event and would like an analysis should contract LAPRI through Darren 0161 278 1326 or Andrea on 01942 886297.
