SOUNDALIKE singer Dean Torkington will be using his loaf when he plays a tribute concert in East Lancashire tonight - and he'll be hoping Saturday night's all right for a tribute to two very different rock stars.
Burnley-born Dean, stage name Dino, is still reeling from a tangle with Elton John's management over a club tour he named after the singer's hit single Candle In The Wind.
Dean, 35, who appears as Meat Loaf and Elton John in Blackburn tonight (see Gigs), explained: "I had a problem with Elton John's management.
"They weren't happy with me doing a tour called Candle In The Wind and they didn't seem to want me to play the new version of the song."
But sorry seems to be the hardest word for Dean, who confided: "I thought it was a bit harsh because I have a lot of respect for Princess Diana and it is such a brilliant song.
"I still play the song sometimes - but only when people request it - and I tend to play the old version now."
Full-time musician Dean, formerly one half of Rocky Horror-style club duo Time Warp, made the headlines back in 1996 when he was called in to act as a body double for Elton John in one of his videos.
