TYLDESLEY busman and professional RL referee Paul Lee has ridden the route to the top with local bus company First Manchester.
The 40-years-old father of two has been appointed manager of the Manchester depot on Queens Road, Cheetham Hill.
A Grade One ref for the past five years Paul (pictured) has extensive experience in the transport industry. He has held management positions with several leading bus operators and worked within the freight industry before his latest appointment.
As part of his remit as depot manager, Paul takes responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of services from the Manchester depot and assumes overall responsibility for engineering and commercial matters which affect the depot.
He said: "First Manchester is committed to continually improving the reliability and quality of its bus services and is investing heavily in all aspects of the business which improve standards of customer service."
