JIM Harvey has signed two new defenders, Mick Waller and David Hall, in an attempt to shore up a defence that sometimes leaked goals last year. The signings come despite reports that the club are still looking for a new sponsor to make up a shortfall of £12,000. The Shrimps take part in a pre-season tournament called the Conference 7's where they will battle against 7 other Conference sides in Kidderminister. Morecambe face Wigan on Saturday and Burnley on Tuesday at home in their pre-season build up.
