I READ with great interest your article by Haidee Wilson on Blackpool's millennium (July 9).
On behalf of old people like myself I would like to suggest to Councillor Ivan Taylor that before we take a "quantum leap in technology", that he takes a small shuffle out of the 19th century and gets Blackpool's public toilets up to street level.
