THE Diamond Jubilee of one of Blackburn's biggest employers is set to kick off in style. Philips Components is celebrating 60 years of manufacturing in the town. And the first of a series of events will be a celebration dinner at Ewood Park before the Blackburn Rovers v PSV Eindhoven match on August 7.
