A TOURIST who spent two days in an African jail on trumped-up drugs charges warned other holidaymakers to be on their guard.

Tanya Henry, 28, of Todmorden Road, Bacup, said her holiday in the Gambia turned into a nightmare when a customs officer planted a packet of powder in her pocket and demanded money to forget about it.
