IT'S the big weekend - the last stage of our Summer Roadshow tour and we've saved the best till last.
Yes - we're in St Helens.
This is the first time I have done the St Helens Show since starting my column in The Star which makes it even more exciting for me.
Hopefully, I'll see you at Sherdley Park at some point over the three days - I'll be there Sunday afternoon and also Sunday night for the fireworks display. As always there are loads of bands on the Radio City roadshow stage including the legends that are Black Lace.
If you fancy buying some new tunes - these are the ones to get this week.
Stardust - 'Music Sounds Better With You' The latest tune to come out on the dance scene with the ever-popular seventies feel. Guaranteed to have you boogie-ing around your bedroom - a must for you dance collection.
Cleopatra - 'I Want You Back' The girls from Manchester are doing really well at the moment. We received a copy of their new album last week and I was listening through and when I heard this single I knew they had to release this one next. It's a cover of the old Jackson Five hit which instantly makes it a likeable tune.
The Corrs - 'What Can I Do' The Corrs' last single Dreams has boosted their profile no end here in England - I think we're looking at their second big tune here. It seems that recently they have taken the re-mix approach to give them a slightly more credible sound - this particular tune re-mixed by Tin Tin Out. They've actually released this single before but I think this slight uplift that Tin Tin Out has provided will almost guarantee this single to be a big hit.
