FORMER housewife Sheila Moores enjoys spinning a good yarn about her new business venture.
Sheila, of Oswaldtwistle, is the latest budding entrepreneur to take part in the FirmBase business start-up scheme in East Lancashire.
She decided to turn her hobby into a business venture and open up a wool shop in her home town.
"I love knitting but found it really difficult to find the right quality and colour of wool I wanted," she said. "After realising other people were probably struggling too, I decided to do something about it."
Sheila's Wool Shop has now been trading for six months and she received help from Hyndburn Enterprise Trust in the early stages of the venture.
