HOSPITAL staff were sick over plans to introduce car parking charges which would cost workers at Blackburn Royal Infirmary and Queen's Park Hospital around £100 a year.
Patients and visitors were expected to fork out 50p and faced clamping if they didn't pay up. Bosses said it was to cover the cost of 24-hour security.
