THIEVES stole cash from an elderly woman in her own home.
The men walked into the ground floor flat in North Road, Blackburn, at about 11am on December 27 and told the 78-year-old woman they were in the wrong house.
They went into the living room and stole £80 from her purse.
One of the men was white, in his mid 20s, 6ft tall, clean shaven and with a pale complexion. He was wearing a bright orange woollen hat, turned up once, and a light brown jacket which looked too big for him.
The second man was also white, aged 25, slim, clean shaven and with a fair complexion. He had dirty mousy hair with a centre parting and was wearing a dark jacket which appeared too big.
Anyone with information about the theft should contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
