FORGET A Question of Sport, when it comes to a real 'grilling,' Nelson and Colne College's A Question of Catering really puts the bite on experts.
The annual question time event, held at the college's Barrowford Road, Colne, site on January 27, gives people the chance to quiz experts about training and working in a wide range of hotel management and catering jobs.
Susan McMellon, head of the catering division, said: "A Question of Catering is a chance to have your queries answered by a panel of invited experts, talk to college lecturers and enjoy a range of dishes which have been prepared by our current crop of catering students."
