STEPHANIE Entwistle is only 21 but is already an expert on old age!
For Stephanie from Accrington is one of the first people in East Lancashire to complete a Modern Apprenticeship in Care for the Elderly.
The subject is one of 40 covered by the ELTEC apprenticeship programme which offers young people employment and the chance to achieve at least an NVQ level 3.
Stephanie, who is employed by Oswaldtwistle's Peel Court residential home, began her course three years ago.
She is now jointly responsible for the care of 24 residents at the home.
