A TRADE group has appealed for help to tackle what it believes may be a growing problem.
A number of members of Blackburn & District Chamber of Trade have recently had problems involving mail order credit card transactions.
"We have had instances reported where goods have been ordered by credit card but when they have been delivered the customer claims they didn't order them and the goods have gone to a different address to the cardholder's," said Rita Wakeley of the Chamber.
The Chamber is anxious to hear from other traders who may be affected and can be contacted on 01254 55493.
