If you love dogs, clean up after them. Dogs are intelligent, faithful creatures but cannot use a plastic bag after themselves - we can.
Why let dogs get a worse name than they have already by leaving disgusting dirt on the paths? This is what causes councils and such to pass by-laws to persecute blameless dogs.
