AFTER working for Blackburn Rovers for 25 years, it is no surprise that Ann Pollard is a huge fan.
Ann, 57, spends her weekday mornings preparing wages for the club and her spare time cheering the team on whenever they play at home.
She has been presented with an engraved rosebowl and flowers to mark her long service to the club.
Ann started working in the ticket office of the club in 1974 and has held various posts since.
She currently works in the accounts department.
She said: "Twenty-five years ago it was a very small club so we all mucked in and did everything.
" It has grown a bit since then!"
Pressed to name her favourite players, she said was a fan of them all, but former Rovers star Colin Hendry used to he a favourite.
Ann is originally from London but moved to East Lancashire about 33 years ago and now lives in Accrington.
