A CASH-STARVED working men's club in Blackburn was set to close and be sold to pay off debts of around £160,000.
Council bailiffs seized snooker tables to meet Bank Top WMC's unpaid rates bills 10 months earlier and the Pink Street club had been acting under an administration order.
