PUPILS had some extra special visitors to help celebrate Eid.
Blackburn Rovers mascot Roar and Christie the bear from the Christie Hospital in Manchester, went along to St Michael with St John's Primary School, Blackburn, to help the children celebrate the end of Ramadan.
Teachers organised the party for all youngsters and their families.
This year the children had raised money for the neo-natal special care baby unit at Queen's Park Hospital, but as they have supported Christie's in the past the Christie Bear joined their party as well.
