I COULD not agree more with Mr Brian Watson (Letters, January 26) that the underfunding of the NHS should be solved by the use of lottery money.
But why don't people who feel the same way try to do something about it?
I think if everyone who cares would only refrain from buying a lottery ticket for the same weeks and also wrote either to the National Lottery or their MP, we could at least make our views felt.
Has anyone any better suggestions that would help?
