SHOP-FLOOR workers at Azko Nobel Decorative Coatings in Darwen have voted 94 per cent in favour of industrial action.
The GMB union is now planning to hold a series of consultations with their 280 members at the Hollins Road site to discuss options.
Workers refused to accept the company's annual award pay offer of 3.3 per cent on basic rates and a £100 bonus.
