LANCASHIRE Lynx travel to the Recreation Ground to take on Whitehaven Warriors in the fourth round of the Silk Cut Challenge Trophy.
This will be an intriguing fixture for Lynx as the Warriors are coached by ex Lynx coach and manager Kevin Tamati, who was surprisingly released by Lynx at the end of last season, after failing to agree a new contract.
Second rower Steve Gee will return after missing the win over Bramley last week with a knee injury but there are slight doubts over Dave Murray and Kyle White, both of whom picked up back injuries, but they are expected to be fit.
Neil Mawdsley could also return to the squad after recovering from a minor knee operation.
One thing can be certain, Tamati will have his team well prepared for this fixture.
Lynx will have to be at their best if they are to progress any further in the cup and they will have to watch Craig Chambers and Aaron Lester who had outstanding games last weekend. Another player to watch will be young half back Lee Kiddie, who is an exciting prospect.
Lynx are expected to line up as follows: Murray, David Jones, Campbell, Abram, Parsley, Phil Jones, Flanagan, Norton, Donno, Prest, Gee, Solomon, Hodgkinson. Subs from: Walsh, Smith, Guest, White, Mawdsley, Bisping.
