LITTER louts dumped 12 bin bags of trash in a Ribble Valley ravine only hours after sixty Scouts had cleared Holden Clough at Bolton-by-Bowland of 50 years' accumulated rubbish.
They removed 12 tonnes of rubbish but when council officers arrived to put up "no tipping" signs, they found new refuse had already been dumped.
