A LORRY driver was among four men who were due to appear before magistrates in Macclesfield today in connection with the alleged theft of £20,000-worth of Easter eggs.
The charges follow an incident last Wednesday, when Paul Motler, 30, of Moston, Manchester, and his vehicle, were found at Bull Hill, Darwen, by passing police.
The men, who have been charged with a variety of theft-related offences, are all from the Lancashire and Greater Manchester area.
Police are still appealing for information about the theft and want to hear from people with information about the missing property.
They can be contacted on 01244 613620.
