A DIABETES awareness scheme aimed at Asian women will be launched at St John's Centre, Victoria Street, Blackburn.
The free eight-session programme starts at 5pm on March 2 with talks by health workers and guest speakers.
Nasima Patel, community development officer, said: "We welcome anyone who needs information or who is concerned about the effects of diabetes."
Anyone wishing to attend can call Nasima or Mike Madigan on 01254 680757 between 9am and 5pm.
