I WOULD like to thank your readers for helping to make last November's Will Aid a huge success.
More 2,000 branches of solicitors throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland waived their fees for simple will making and, instead, suggested that their clients would like to make a donation to Will Aid for the service.
Thousands of people took advantage of this opportunity to make a will and to raise money for charity at the same time.
More than £250,000 has already been received and the money is still coming in.
The charities which will benefit are ActionAid, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, CAFOD, SCIAF, Save the Children and Trocaire.
The money will be used to help people in some of the poorest communities in the world.
HOLLI BALL, Chairman, Will Aid, Grove Lane, London SE5.
