So Charles Grattan stands by his statement about David Christley does he?
And all the council's external advisors tell us they still think they were right do they? What a surprise! They were all mute when their expert advice and testimony was ripped to shreds by lawyers experienced in dealing with incomplete, unfair and untrue allegations. It seems the only bullying and harassment was of David Christley. If Grattan is so convinced will he be offering any of his allowances towards the cost of this fiasco or will we be landed with the bill again? Don't bother replying Mr Grattan, we know the answer.
