DURING the recent cold spell I visited my regular supermarket in town and had to do my shopping in conditions that are not fit for Eskimos.
Whenever I have complained about it, I am always given the same reply: "We are getting someone to fix the heating system." Is this just an excuse for saving money on the heating bills?
I feel extremely sorry for the staff who work there, they always look frozen stiff. Surely they should not have to work in conditions like that.
I, for one, will not be shopping there much longer if they do not get their act together and make my weekly shopping trip more comfortable.
FROZEN regular customer (name and address supplied).
