THE Sky's the limit!
That's the message from British Aerospace to Tracey Iddon, the 1,000th person nationwide to successfully complete the Business Modern Apprenticeship.
Staff at BAe Warton hosted a presentation ceremony to mark the occasion for Tracey, who started her BMA two years ago with support from Lawtec.
Attending the presentation were Imogen Lemon, chief executive of the governing body of the Modern Apprenticeships, Alan Davies from the Department of Education and Employment and Chris Rogan, head of education for BAe.
Tracey said: "The BMA was a challenging and demanding course which helped me build relationships and develop my skills confidence.
"Classroom studies and on the job training provided the perfect introduction to the working world."
She is now looking forward to complete an HNC in business studies.
Michael Hindley, member of the European Parliament for Lancashire South, presented Tracey with her certificate.
